Utards are Asked to Behave Like Normal People

Church President, Thomas S. Monson, "May we be good citizens of the nations in which we live and good neighbors in our communities, reaching out to those of other faiths as well as our own."

KSL is running an article covering the counseling of mo-mos to behave like normal people. KUTV is also covering this story.

I Feel Obligated

I feel obligated to slap the ass end of the beaten dead horse. Today, Wednesday, October 1st, in the depleted rights year of our lord two thousand and eight, we witness the first (of many more to follow) step of bringing prohibition back to Utah.

While I'm not particularly fond of the foo-foo beverages that are now outlawed to the warm delivery system of the state regulated liquor stores, my wife and many others are. I'm certainly glad that I will now have to pay more and drive further for the same beverage, only to have it 30-40 degrees warmer.

Land of the Free (to do whatever they tell you is acceptable)

This post extends beyond utards and their ass-backwards hypocritical thinking... Many cities, counties, and even states have started the ban on smoking and I have to wonder how this is constitutional or even remotely considered freedom?

KUTV is running this article on how Utah County (aka behind the Zion Curtain) wants to force those with the smoking life style to pay to continue.

Love is only Love Between Preisthood Holding Man and Woman

KSL is documenting the hell out of Bruce Bastian's very charitable 1 million dollar donation against the proposed ban on gay marriages.

I don't really have feelings either way about gays (I do, however use their archetypes as punchy slams, on regular occasion) and marriage, I think this topic seems to be a constitutional no-brainer for anyone that has logic employed in their thought process.

From a legal / government perspective:
Why should one group of people get benefits on tax, social security, and any other government regulated money-raping policy, while another group does not? If I get discounts for living with my lover, why should someone else not?

From a Religious / Moral perspective:
